Ceremonial awarding of the Roger Scruton Medal for contribution to the defence of human dignity and human rights – the medal will be awarded to the writer, journalist and educator Prof. Pavel Švanda.

The author of the book, writer Markéta Pilátová, and the co-founder and chairwoman of the board of the Arnošt Lustig Foundation, Eva Lustigová, will present and christen the graphic novel "Arnošt's Journey" about the life of Arnošt Lustig in 22 paintings.

Exhibition Masaryk and the Holy Land
This year, Masaryk Days will be introduced by the travelling exhibition Masaryk and the Holy Land, which can be seen during February at the University Centre in Telč and then from 12 to 31 March in the greenhouse of the Augustinian Abbey with access via the Mendel Museum in Brno.
